Pricing questions
What counts as an "active worker"?
Anyone with at least one approved shift in a billing month. Candidates sitting in your pipeline who haven't worked yet don't count against your plan.
Do I need extra hardware for the attendance kiosk?
Just a tablet with a browser and a camera - any recent iPad or Android tablet works. No app install, no proprietary device required.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Starter and Growth plans are self-serve with guided onboarding. Enterprise includes hands-on data migration as part of the plan.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes - upgrade or downgrade at any time as your worker count changes. You're only billed for what you're actually running.
Is my data secure?
All connections are encrypted (TLS), access is role-based down to the page level, and every change to hours, rates, and invoices is logged with who made it and when. See our About page for more.
